How to Make a Lemon Espresso Tonic
What You'll Need:

1 Shot of Espresso - we recommend our Jude's Brew Dark Roast Coffee

4-6 oz Tonic Water (chilled)

1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

¼ oz Simple Syrup (or to taste)

Ice

Top with a Lemon Twist or Wedge
How to Make It:
Step 1: Pull A Shot of Espresso.

Step 2: Juice One Full Lemon.

Step 3: Add the Lemon Juice into a glass with Ice.

Step 4: Pour in 1/4 oz of Simple Syrup (or to taste).

Step 5: Pour in 4-6 oz of Tonic Water.

Step 6: Add in the Shot of Espresso.

Step 7: Top with a Lemon Wedge, stir & sip! ✨
