Organic medium bodied deliciousness. This coffee is harvested in the Soconusco region that is located in the southwest corner of Chiapas right along along the border of Guatemala. With its rich volcanic soil and plentiful rainfall, the region is ideal for coffee growing.
Harvest in Chiapas is generally December through March and most of the farmers are smallholders who hand-pick coffee cherry to ensure quality.
