How often do you roast your coffee?
Typically we roast 1-2 days/week depending on demand.
Your coffee must rest at least 72 hours before consumption and it's typically the most flavorful between days 7-20 so don't worry, it's PERFECT to drink when it gets to you.
What are the sizes of each bag?
This set includes three 4 ounce bags of freshly roasted coffee.
