Dear Friends,

I’ve often found that coffee is more than just a beverage; it’s a moment. A pause in the rush of life to connect, reflect, and simply be. Soulful Medium Roast was born from this belief and inspired by my best friend, Sam, who lived her life with a true intentional presence and a beauty I’ll always admire. For the remainder of my time here on this planet with you all, I will never stop sharing the importance of these moments in hopes you'll sit and cherish them just a tiny bit more.

Sam was my constant reminder to focus on the now. She’d say, “The world’s magic is in the little things.” Whether it was the perfect color of your latte, the chaos in a day, or the way a sunrise painted the sky, Sam made you stop and appreciate it. She taught me that life is not about rushing to the next moment but finding peace and gratitude in this very one we have right now.

We released Soulful Medium Roast shortly after she passed as a way to carry her legacy forward. It’s remained a part of Bizarre Coffee ever since, serving as a reminder to slow down, sip intentionally, and appreciate the quiet beauty of the present.

Today, on what would be her 35th Birthday, I invite you to join me in honoring Sam’s legacy. Pour yourself a cup, take a breath, and find your moment. The world is waiting to show you its beauty.
