Red Catuai varietals are celebrated for their unique characteristics and sensory profiles, influenced by their origin and coffee roasting technique. This coffee offers a wonderfully aromatic coffee experience with a mouthfeel that is simultaneously complex, rich, and bright.
What makes peaberry coffee beans unique?
A peaberry coffee bean is actually a natural mutation of the coffee bean inside its cherry. Normally, coffee beans grow two to a fruit and are flat against one another. However, in roughly 5% of the world's coffee, a single bean is found inside. Due to its solitary nature, these beans emerge smaller, denser, and much cuter than their counterparts.

How often do you roast?
Typically we roast 1-2 days/week depending on demand.
Your coffee must rest at least 72 hours before consumption and it's typically the most flavorful between days 7-20 so don't worry, it's PERFECT to drink when it gets to you.
