BREW METHODS

For most people, coffee is something you enjoy first thing in morning. That means, it is a *very* special moment where that very first sip can impact your entire day.

WE DO NOT TAKE THIS LIGHTLY. We are 1000% aware that happiness is contagious and if you are having a great day, you are 10x more likely to share your happiness with the world around you... and thats the sh*t we LOVE. Let's spread that goodness one sip at a time! #DAYMADE

BREWING YOUR COFFEE

If you are new to brewing coffee at home, a general rule of thumb to follow is the "Golden Ratio"- one to two tablespoons of ground coffee for every six ounces of water. Feel free to adjust these ratios according to your individual taste preferences.

STORING YOUR COFFEE

You'll want to keep your beans as farm away from air, heat, moisture and light as much as possibly.

To preserve your beans’ freshness for as long as possible, we recommend storing  them in an air-tight container at room temperature.*try to avoid clear containers as as the light can compromise the delicious taste of the coffee.

Keep your beans in a dark and cool location.

THE WATER

The quality of your water is a very important component to the quality of your coffee. We highly recommend using filtered water if your tap water is not good or has a strong taste or odor.

However, if tap water is most accessible to you, we suggest letting the water run for a few seconds before you fill your coffee pot and always use cold water.

We can't wait for you to be raving about our coffee just like Gina did!
