Grown at a higher altitude of between 1200 – 1800 m allows them to be designated Single Hard Bean – which is the highest classification in the Costa Rican system. These have been grown in soil that is mostly volcanic gives these a higher acidity all while the Tarrazu coffees continues to grow in popularity amongst coffee aficionados world wide and we are excited to offer it to you!
